The Washburn Police Department would like to remind you that
odd/even parking is in effect from November 01 – April 01.
  During these dates you must park on the odd side of the street
 on odd dates and the even side on even dates.
 This is in effect 24 hours a day and begins at midnight. 
A grace period from 8PM to Midnight will be allowed for you to
 move your vehicle to the correct side prior to midnight.
 Citations will not be issued during this time
except during snow emergencies.

although winter parking is in effect,
we will not be enforcing it until we get 4 or more inches of snow.
